Trade Lead Description:
We have a current deal with a Buyer through our Seller. This deal has been going back and forth over the past week and now is finalised to the satisfaction of both our Beneficial Seller and this Beneficial Buyer. This deal did NOT commence with our Beneficial Seller forwarding a SCO offer BUT the Beneficial Seller requesting that they receive a Letter of Intent up front from a Beneficial Buyer or their approved Mandate.
Our Seller is now prepared to do two more deals with reputable Buyers that we put forward.
The Russians have changed procedures particularly when it comes to JP54 as they know there is high demand so they seem to have "moved the goal posts" as such. Hence, they will not forward any information until they have checked out the End Buyer or at least their Mandate and that there is absolute POF.
However, I can advise you that if a LOI was received indicating 5,000,000 Barrels per month to 36 months with Rolls and Extensions to 60 months it would be submitted.
