My end seller company has on-board vessel's of Russian M100, JP54 & D2 sailing towards their destination port and available for re-assignment to any capable buyer on spot CIF/FOB basis. Seller is ready and willing to issue Tanker Take over Agreement (DRAFT CONTRACT), POP and shipping documents including vessel's details to the buyer upon receipt of the buyer's ICPO. Vessel's shall be re-routed to buyer’s nominated discharge port upon transfer of title of ownership of the allocation to current buyer’s name in compliance with the refinery’s transaction procedures.
Offer is valid for two weeks and inquiries are welcomed from direct buyers or their direct mandates only without long chains of brokers, upon receipt of buyer’s inquiry we revert with Seller’s SCO AND TRANSACTION PROCEDURES. Send your response only to this email address :biznesneftprom@mail. ru
