A. SCO - Buyer’s information is
needed to prepare SPA ( Information required listed on
last
page) B. Buyer returns signed SCO to
our office. C. Seller sends SPA to Buyer for
signature to be returned to our
office. D. After SPA is returned to
Seller signed by the Buyer, Seller will sign and return a
copy to
Buyer and a POP in the form of
verifiable SKR will be issue to
the Buyer from the
Seller. The Buyer will have five
(5) business days to complete
the Banking Instrument. E. Buyer will send their closing
instrument POF and ability to
pay via MT 103/23 conditional
to Seller’s bank, via swift. F. Seller will ship CIF within 4 –
15 business days to location
final destination asking from the
buyer (Hong
Kong/Japan/Taiwan/Singapore) for refining and assaying. No
other place will be offered. G. After refining, seller verifies
receipt of payment, Gold Bullion
is released to Buyer with all
proper documentation. Please remember, an
