the supply of the following product under

The procedures are NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Prices are based on Platt’s minus a
discount.
Discounts listed in this SCO are
approximate and conditional on bank
guarantee BG or SBLC provided by the
buyer.
Product is supplied as CIF ASWP.
First contract, Minimum monthly amount:
from 380,000 bbl per month. After first
deliveries and payments, it will be
possible to increase quantities per month
in the first contract, or signing a new
contract. Any additional amount of fuel,
may be added as an Annex to an annual
contract under similar conditions.
Firstly only requests via LOI on buyer’s
letterhead issued and signed by the
buyer, accepting in writing the procedures
and conditions
