A new and increased bowl size may attract some, but I think the difference is like 200 grams. Yay? A slightly bigger Varoma (3.5L) is included and fits neatly on top. A new self-locking feature makes putting the lid on easy and seamless. Whereas, the previous model needed a particular flick of the wrist and a secret code word that I was not privy to (just joking, I simply found it a little fiddly) to get a quick and stable lock.
