I obtained your information through LIGHT FAIR EXHIBITION. It seems you are quite experienced in explosion free lamp.

Our company has one new product: true AC LED (not aseembed using DC LED). Please take a look on the appended comparison jpeg file & the simple lamp front view. It is our field test result.
This product is approved by MITSUBISHI already. It is ideal to use on street lamp, high bay light & many other applications.

The advantages of using real AC LED are:
1. The higher distance to the ground, the better the effect: the decay is minimal.
2. Voltage driven: won't be burned out by fluctuation of the AC voltage.
3. Simpliest circuit design: only using resistor to fine tune the
voltage, then the product is ready. This also helps reduce components
number considerably.
4. Environmentally friendly: our material is made by recyclable material. SiC is the basic material.
5. Can sustain on severe evironment: can be used from icing temperature
(32 deg. F) to boiling water temperature (212 deg. F)
6. Long life: the ideal life is 100,000 hours.
7. Light decay: the light decay is about 10% after one year continuous
lighting.
8. Minimize electrical loss: no A/D conversion loss anymore
9. Low heat resistance: can remove heat fast if the housing design is
good enough.
