Product Description:

The structure parts of the
machine are formed from cast
iron for stability and durability.
The beam moves on special steel
prismatic guides in oil bath. The
spindle slides on cast iron
prismatic guides in oil bath.
The rising and lowering of the
spindle is electric with lubricated
chromed guide pillars and bronze
bush.
The disc motor is a direct drive
motor. Cutting increments are
performed automatically with
blade tilted 0-45°.
The table tilts up to 85°. It is
locked automatically at every 45°.
It can also be locked at all
position 0-360° by hydraulic
brake. The operator can check the
exact position on the screen.
Guides and rails are well
protected from water and dust.
PLC control with user-friendly
panel. It works manually and
automatically. The X axis cutting
speed is adjustable.
The mobile switchboard makes
operator easy to control the
machine from the sawing area
when the stone is being
positioned.
The saw is equipped with a laser
illumination system to aid in lining
up the cut.
