6. PAYMENT
After determination of quantity on board of buyer’s vessel, full by swift wire transfer as per the instructions on the payment schedule (which must be endorsed by the seller and buyer) is made of the total value of product within 24 Banking hours.
7. PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE OF TRANSSHIPMENT
(1) Buyer and Seller sign contract agreement with full Bank co-ordinates.
(2) Buyer issues irrevocable corporate purchase order (ICPO) endorsed by buyer’s bank
(3) Seller places $100,000.00 Cash Deposit to Buyers Bank and
(4) Within 72 hours of receipt of Sellers' P.O.P. cash deposit, Buyer shall nominate his vessel and shall forward details to the Seller. Buyer shall also forward his letter of "Authority to Load"
(5) Seller’s vessel sails to long side with the Buyer's vessel at 50-70 nautical miles international free waters
(6) Buyer places instrument and irrevocable, divisible transferable and operational letter of credit in favour of seller.
(7) Q & Q is conducted by buyer and seller: Transshipments take place.
(8) Payment is released by (KTT SWIFT TRANSFER) on out turn barrel upon presentation of the loaded vessel documents at the buyers Bank. (9) Buyer pays Commission to Agents /Brokers. as described in the MFPA ADENDUM.
