JHL is a SME company incorporated in the republic of Kenya in 2012. It is a family owned commercial company dealing in fresh fruits and vegetable production in Thika, Central Kenya. It is situated 56KM North of Nairobi. The population growth of Nairobi City and its Metropolitan Satellite Cities including Thika provides a big market for fresh and healthy fruits and vegetables which led to the idea of this farming business.
Poultry farming is also another enterprise being carried out on the farm.
JHL also works with stallholder farmers in production of fruits and vegetables and helps in getting market for the producers. Many smallholder farmers are able to successfully grow these products but lack the capacity to get the market and deliver. JHL comes in to close such a gap alongside offering technical services and supplying inputs to the producers.
We are regularly Selling: yellow passion fruits, purple passion fruits, avocadoes, mangoes, quail eggs, quail meat, straw berries.
We are regularly Buying: egg trays, carton boxes, alluminium foils, cling film. |
