Elmar was established on 1999. year. We are engaged in the purchase and processing of wild medicinal and aromatic plants, as well as production of essential oils, hydrolates and production of liquid extracts. Our production is according to the organic, EU, NOP and FairWild standards, and all our products are certified by IMO-CONTROL Switzerland. Barring five permanent employers and ten part time employers which work on herb processing, we organize and teach more than 200 families of rural people for sustainable, organic harvesting of wild growing herbs. The area of the collecting, more than few thousand hectares, contains region from the south of Herzegovina and Dalmatia till Central and east Bosnia. Of about thousand of medicinal plants which wild growing on this fertile and pure soils, more then three hundred has commercial value of which we collect about eighty. Main of our twenty essential oils and hydrosols are: Helichrysum italicum, Salvia officinalis, Juniperus communis
We are regularly Selling: organic immortele oil, organic sage oil, organic helychrisum italicum flowers, organic casteberry oil, organic laurel oil, organic hydrolates, organic juniper berry oil, organic sage leaves, organic allium ursinum. |
