Nuci de Romania, S.R.L. is a co-operative
joining investors with local
landowners/farmers in the Transylvania
region of Romania. Investors provide high
quality grafted walnut trees and the
farmers provide land and labor.
First plantings began in 2008 and
currently we have over 50 hectares planted.
Our trees come from Hungary and France
and are of the best quality to produce the
finest nuts.
We have new machinery to dry, crack, sort
and grade nuts and can do custom work as
well as our own harvests. Our primary
interest is growing and selling the finest
quality Carpathian walnuts.
Our largest plantation - over 20 hectares -
has begun the process for organic
certification. We soon will be able to offer
certified organic walnuts.
We are regularly Selling: walnut, nuci, noyen, shelled walnuts, custom shelling of nuts, inshell walnuts.
We are regularly Buying: grafted walnut trees, food packaging supplies. |
