Estacom LLC is a part of a Bulgarian construction holding, established in 1993 by two associates - Mr. Emil Mikhailov and Ms Liliana Milousheva, with major subject of activity - architectural designing and construction. So far, the company has designed and built more than 10 multistorey residential buildings and family houses, office-parks and industrial buildings in Bulgaria and abroad for over 20 million euros. We have also designed and completed a number of infrastructure projects - street mains, steam heating pipelines, transformer stations, etc. Additional manufacturing departments: steel reinforcement, PVC/Al joinery, metalworking, pine/spruce, oak and beech wood sawmills, designer solid wood doors and furniture, floor mosaic tiles. Import-export & trade with lumber and other building materials, machines, etc. We are looking for investor/financial partners to join us in construction and industrial projects.
