Established in 2001, our factory is located
in Xinxiang of Henan Province, enjoying
convenient transportation. Our company
covers an area of more than 20,000 square
meters and there are more than 300
employees, including all types of
professionals and technical personnel and
over 10 researchers.
We have modern and clean plants and a
complete power system. We have a 1000V
high-voltage power distribution plant, a
gas-making station with a production
capacity of 80 cubic meters per hour and a
water supply station with a production
capacity of one cubic meter per hour. To
fully meet the requirements for discrete
semiconductor devices and improve our
production processes, we introduced
internationally advanced production and
testing equipment and technology. Our
annual production capability is 3 billion
pieces and 70% of our products are
exported to North America, Europe and
Asia.
