We are growers and packers of organic and conventional salads and have had a family run farm for over 120 years. We are supplying the major UK pack houses and supermarkets throughout Europe. We grow primarily babyleaf conventional products, besides being growers and packers to many Italian supermarkets, we also are members of a large CO OP. We recently began offering herbs as well and we are also trailing multi leaf red and green products for both cutting as babyleaf and whole. Please visit our web site and view our video. We made several improvements and innovations to our packhouse and farm that certainly may be beneficial to your business, such as using heavy concentrations of Ozone in our cooling process to make the shelf life of our products longer. We have certifications that attest our processes: Global Gap; BRC; IFS; ICEA (organic); Field to Fork; PQC and QS. In respect to working with nature we have Leaf and Conservation Grade supplementary protocols.
