The OTL Africa Downstream Expo is an international conference and exhibition dedicated to discussing and developing downstream petroleum business on the African continent.

The 2011 edition represents a milestone fifth year for the event, which is widely regarded as the pre-eminent downstream petroleum gathering on the continent. It is scheduled to hold from 2-4 November 2011 at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.
