The Fresh House International is a startup specialty butcher shop. It will sell a wide menu of meats to customers including medium- and high-income residents of Kathmandu, as well as high-income residents of neighboring towns, focused community, high-end caterers and hoteliers. The FHI will sell broiler, local & free-range poultry, domestic fresh mutton, lamb, pork, buff and imported lamb. Upon request, the store will sell wild game such as duck, pigeon, rabbit, venison, quails, turkeys and other specially requested items. The products will be purchased from local market, local & international suppliers as well as our own farm. Products will be purchased as whole animals and butchered in our own well facilitated slaughter house by trained butchers. The sales crews will offer suggestions of substitutions or help customers fulfill their orders through special orders in order to make sure that all customers will leave shop floor with great sense of satisfaction.
