We:
MITIGATE - Extenuo exists to remove the financial and legal risks inherent in the building process for all role players i.e. Financial Institutions, Home Owners, Contractors, Architects, and Developers.
INVEST - We aim to make building as a business, and building contracting as an occupation sustainable for all. We will do this by ensuring that total project costs are known in advance to the contractor thus allowing accurate quoting. This mitigates the common risks to the client of being overcharged or asked for additional project funding. The contractor too then makes the margin anticipated. The result will be that competence, quality and character, not price become the selection differentiators for a contractor by a client.
BUILD - We are the only Building Bond 'specialists', in that our risk mitigation tools reduce risk to the lender so that applications are more likely to be granted.
