Looking for debt/equity partner to buy a Top German brand known for more than 100 years, valued by KPMG for about Euro 46 million.
Required: Euro 25 million fixed for 5 years, will pay interest @ 10% p.a.on quarterly basis, will give equity stake of 35% repayment of Euro 25 million after 5 years (expiry date of the loan agreement)
Expected sales /EBITDA 5 years plans:
Sales in millions of EUR: 1st year 200,2nd year 300,3rd year 500, 4th year 800 and 5th year 1,000 = Total sales amount of :Euro 2,800 million.
EBITDA: Euro 280 million less loan amount of Euro 25 million = Euro 255 million.
EBITDA 35% Equity stake shareholder = Euro 89.25 Million.
Will go for IPO within about 18 months of operation.
