My section of the company primarily handles expansion joints, OEM rubber, metal, and plastic parts. To improve our competitiveness, most if our rubber-molded facilities have been moved to China and expansion joints to Indonesia. Currently we employ more than 500people in China and have more than 60 presses handling the production. We are able to build products up to L180XW150XD25 cm in size and have an extensive line of standard rubber molding grommets, bumper, and the o-rings.
We obtained our IS 9001 at 1997, follow up by TS-16949 at 2006 and ISO 14001 at 2010. We have in house testing lab equipped with TGA, FTIR to provide report and in house FMEA for PPAP upon customer request. We are able to respond quickly and provide efficient service due to customer needs. As for the trend of globalization, we are participating IMDS program, preparing to provide our customer even more professional service.
