The company was founded in 1954 in Taranto in Italy by Mr. Antonio FERRARA, having a social objective; construction and industrial installations, named by: METALMECCANICA FERRARA.
Then, in 1986, the company was taken over by his son Mr UMBERTO FERRARA having the same social objective.
After the creation of the commercial division, the company was implanted in Algeria in 1992 in order to represent other Italian companies which realize important projects.
In 1999, the Company was created submitting the Algerian law known as IMCF S.a.r.l IE: IMCF L.T.D. to become thereafter in August 2002 IMCF International SPA IE: IMCF International J.S.C regrouping Trade & Industry divisions.
Today, the IMCF International SPA Company has a commercial system in Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco and Libya.
