C. I. F. PROCEDURE FOR BLCO
5.1 Seller and Buyer sign and seal contract with full banking coordinates.
5.2 Buyer sends a scanned copy of bank COMFORT LETTER AND A TEAR SHEET from his bank, to seller within three (3) banking days of contract signing, by email.
5.3 Seven (7) days after confirmation of the buyers BCL/TEAR SHEET, seller furnishes buyer with reassignment of cargo in the buyers name together with tanker loading approval, loading date, and charter party/vessel particulars. Loading commence after fourteen (14) days the loading date is issued. Delivery is done not later than 21 days after the loading.
5.4 Deliveries commence as per the contract and continue until aggregate quantity is completed.
5.5 Once each loading is completed, seller is to provide non-negotiable copies of the original shipping documents issued in buyer's name to the buyer or his agent.
