Our main fabric is a blend of 65%
polyester
and 35% cotton in White and Oak
White
base color. Other fabric choices
available are
100% cotton, 100% polyester and
100%
silk (Jusi). We may also source other
raw
materials as per buyer’s specifications. Embroidery and finishing is done by
more
than 100 sewers (both in-house and
subcontractors) using hand-guided, high
speed, single head machines. Thus, slight
imperfections and variations in
embroidery
stitching are quite normal and vary
with
individual sewer.

inspection process starts with the raw
fabric, then on to quality
workmanship, overall embroidery and finishing until
the
article is ready for final export
