According to the opinion of the owner Eng. Mostafa Al-Shennawy who is working in dairy machinery field since 2000, he realized that the requirements of dairy products in the Egyptian market is in continous increase specially those which produce automatically Ultra Filtration (UF) and high product quality.
By February 2005 he established Snow-White for Industrialization a Limited Partnership Company under the provision of Investment with total capital amount 60 millions Egyptian pounds.
The company has started the production with white cheese (Feta, Istanbully, Thalaga and Baramily) and soft cheese with flavors (Thyme, Pepper, Olive and Chili). Also Mozzarella cheese, processed cheese (Blocks and Spread), Yoghurt and Natural Juices.
The factory is considered one of the biggest dairy factories in Egypt based on size and the production capacity and has a great chance to get a good market share because it has the ability, high quality and the necessary integration and privilege.
We are regularly Selling: all kinds of juice, feta cheese and derivatives, cheddar cheese, mozarella cheese, spreadable cheese, hard cheese romy.
We are regularly Buying: skimmed milk, gaots milk. |
