Vineyard founded on 1880. We sell Spirits (Pisco) & wines.
Pisco is an spirit liquor produced from the fermented musts of pisco grapes, distilled in traditional copper stills by discontinuous distillation and that has a resting period of about 3 to 4 months before it is bottled. It is a high quality product for straight drinks and now discovered by international mixologists to elaborate new tasty, amazing and exotic cocktails.
We also produce wines. During the XVII and XVIII centuries, the exportation of wines from Peru was larger than those of Argentina and Chile, but beginning the XIX century production fell due to different reasons such as the introduction of cotton plants, natural disasters and government agricultural policies.
On 2000 Santiago Queirolo starts the renewing by developing a project of integral modernization so as to offer competitive products internationally
For it, the vineyards in one of our valley where replanted and a new vineyard adquired.
