Terry towels apart from an item of personal use are in demand in institutional market such as Hotel Industry, Hospitals, Holiday Homes Restaurants etc. In order to serve these Market needs we have set-up a 100% EOU in AP, India, with state of the art machines and technology from Japan and Germany for manufacturing of Terry Towels & Toweling products and had commenced its commercial production in 1996. This group is also into Production of Knitted Socks have been supplying to overseas customers in Japan and Europe and have secured long term Marketing arrangements with BDMC, domestic leaders and Brake Textile, Germany. At 80 %Capacity Utilization the expected Sales Revenue is Rs.27.20 Crore with PBID of Rs.12.50. The assets of the Company are of Industry Specific and the Replacement Value of both these units is Rs.23.00 crore. In its continuous revival efforts, the Company reached OTS with Secured Creditors and now looking for Project Funding of Rs.20.00 Cr or US$4,000,000 for repaying High Cost Debt and reviving unit and repayment against the future cash streams of the project, which is highly viable.
