WizeCounzel Law Firm is a full service Law Firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. The firm offers services mainly in commercial law, particularly Intellectual Property Law. The firm has three (3) main practice areas namely, Intellectual Property; Corporate Law and Litigation divisions.
The Intellectual Property Law practice of the firm deals with all aspects of Intellectual Property to wit: Pre-filing advice on distinctiveness and registrability; Filing and prosecution of applications for registration and grant of industrial property rights (i.e. Patents, Designs and Trademark rights); maintenance of these rights (renewal); assignment; merger; licensing and other related actions on these rights.
We also assist in registration of products with the regulatory authorities (e.g. National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) and the Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON) ) if the products are classified as “Regulated Products†under the Enabling Law.
We are regularly Selling: trademark searches, trademark filing, trademark assignment, patent searches, patent filing, patent assignment, design searches, design filing, design assignment.
We are regularly Buying: trademark, patent, designs, legal services. |
