The price for each barrel of Bonny Light Crude Oil loaded into Buyer’s vessel shall be “Dated Brent†on the date of Bill of Lading, as published by McGraw Hill Market-wire, less a gross discount of US $8:00 per barrel, Net to the Buyer US $4:00 per barrel.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
In United States Dollars (USD) per barrel by confirmed, irrevocable, Letter of Credit or Bank guarantee from a prime United States/European Bank in favor of the Seller, made mature for payment within 24 (Twenty four) hours, after effective loading of Buyer’s vessel. The Buyer by Swift Wire Transfer
