Dear Sir,
We are glad to introduce our selves as producer of S.G. Iron/Ductile Iron castings under the name of Kalson Alloy Cast Pvt. Ltd., we have established well equipped foundry at Metoda GIDC, Rajkot with 150 MT per month production capacity.
we have well equipped laboratory for performing Chemical analysis of alloy, Microstructure analysis and Hardness determination of casting and checking properties of green Sand for moulding process.
At production level, we use pneumatic moulding machines for making moulds; moulds are moved by mould car on tracks for efficient movement. Induction melting furnace of 250Kw with 300 Kg crucible is used for melting process. We use S.G. grade pig iron and good quality M.S. Scrape as row material.
At Kalson quality is not compromised at any stage. |
