In order to sell to us, the following will apply without exeptions:
1. Seller provides draft contract to buyer.
2. Seller and buyer exchange the signed and notarized contracts via electronic mail, which shall be deemed legally binding and enforceable.
3- Within 3 banking days, sellers bank send SWIFT message to buyers bank of RWA availability, letter of seller being ready willing and able to issue the performance bond (PB) and to provide proof of product (POP) which will be verified by buyer upon reception of his non operative lc.
4. The buyer’s bank issues the non- operative Irrevocable, non transferable Documentary Letter of Credit via swift to seller’s bank.
5. Seller shall the activate the buyer's lc with his operative 2% pb.
