TOT COM SERVICE Ltd was founded on 1st of July, 2000. We run several main activities regarding to maintenance or installing service in plumbing, tourism, international trade, and disinfection service. Moreover in 2007, TOT COM SERVICE ltd established its daughter company, TOT RUSI SOYUZ ltd which is specialized in installation and maintenance of all types of elevators, professional analysis, and professional service. The company is in joint venture with SOYUZLIFTMONTAJ, Russian company. Since its establishment, we made several qualified projects regarding elevators in Ulaanbaatar city and Erdenet city. We successfully accomplished feasibility study making diagnosis in all elevators of public and old apartments in the area of Bayangol district. In the scope of special licenses, we are working as an official distributor of following companies in Mongolia:
