The name Shemenzera come from two Hebrew words ‘Shemen’ and ‘Zera’.Shemen may mean fat, oil, fat of a fruitful land or a fertile filed and Zera may mean seed, sowing, offspring, semen virile or sowing time.
Shemenzera therefore means the seed that produces oil. The seed in itself is blessed because it can multiply itself. The oil Shemenzera Company Limited is a company that was founded in September 2011. Our Products are, Premium quality Shea nuts sourced from the farm gates of the three northern regions of Ghana are wholesome. Shemenzera buys best quality Shea nuts from an organized network of women based in the northern region of Ghana who directly pick the Shea nuts from the farms, supply of wholesome cashew nuts which come from the Bono Ahafo and Eastern Regions of Ghana. The cashew nuts are bought directly from owners of cashew plantations and stored under proper hygienic conditions to maintain its quality and freshness as much as possible.
