LEBOUCHER Co. Ltd, is a 100% French owned company with French management that has recently been settled in the heart of the Mekong delta river, south of Vietnam, to be closer to its trusted farms suppliers.
LEBOUCHER is proud to be one of the pioneer with a brand new modern automated slaughterhouse, meat production & transformation facility in Vietnam.
LEBOUCHER slaughters and transforms several breed of chickens, ducks and pork.
Full Traceability and Quality Control:
LEBOUCHER commitment is to guaranty the safety of your food. The quality of the meat is guaranteed through a strict control by Le Boucher not only in the selected farms we work with, but also in their suppliers. Audits are carried out in the farms to check the quality of the feed and of the breeding standards. We enforce a full traceability to check that the highest standards we use are fully enforced by each of our suppliers. Le Boucher is following and undergoing the standards of HACCP certification.
