Since our inception in1989, Fancy Pokket Corporation is recognized as one of Atlantic Canada's leading manufacturers of pita bread, bagels, pizza crusts, Greek pita, flat bread, Lavash and tortilla wraps, which makes our facility a one stop shop. Consumer acceptance of our fresh baked products has created the need for expansion. We are BRC, Kosher and Halal Certified manufacturing facility is in excess of 45,000 sq. ft. Some of our clienteles are; Sobeys, Loblaw, Canada Bread, Costco, Co-op Atlantic, Air Canada, and many other retail and food service outlets. Fancy Pokket is well recognized in private label and co-packing. Most of our private label clients have been with us for more than 23 years.
Our new 58,000 sq. ft. dedicated Gluten Free facility in Lancaster County, South Carolina which will be fully certified by the Celiac Associations and BRC. The said new Facility is equipped with state of the art equipment and will be one of the largest Gluten Free plant in the world
