Trade Lead Description:
We are looking for investor
and/or partner in a JV with 2
proposals:
1. The investor shall be a
partner in the JV investing
US$7,000,000 (seven million
dollars) obtaining 20% of share,
as they have evaluated the
cassiterite mine after all infra-
structure built in
US$35,000,000 (thirty -five
million dollars) shared with
another 4 partners (Mr. Leonel
Masollet Wendt, Mr. Mario Paulo
Szekacs, Mr. Ivo Chaneiko and
me). I shall have only 5% of
the partnership. Besides the
cassiterite & the tantalite
(which amounts & value u have
seen in the Business Plan) we
intend to explore the 300
million ton of iron ore along 30
(thirty) years, i.e., the
foreseen mining long life. The
gold rejection shall come
together with the cassiterite
exploration, i.e., about 20 kg
gold/month. Nonetheless,
having the mine already
structured with a name in the
market (it shall happen in three
months from the time of the
signed contract) Mr. Wendt is
capable to buy all gold nearby
(10 kg/daily or more).
