The functions of plusdeckEX
plusdeckEX has a built-in sound card that can configure up to a 7.1 channel environment for notebook or desktop computers.
plusdeckEX includes cassette decks and an AM/FM radio that can be controlled with the remote control provided.
Combining the audio and sound card nables full use of the ADC (Analog to Digital Converter, converting analog audio sound to digital file) and of the DAC (Digital to Analog Converter, recording digital files and Internet streaming audio onto cassette tapes).
plusdeckEX’s inputs include the following:
- 3.5 mm stereo jack, - RCA stereo jack,
- 2.5 mm jack for mobile phone, and
- Phono jack with phono amp.
A digital clock with an automatic on/off switch and recording functions are vailable. Additionally, a remote control is provided.
The cassette tape deck and radio are also operable even when the computer is turned off!
