After Seller has posted the PB, not only will Buyer provide CPA, Buyer's Bank, JP Morgan Chase will immediately issue an "DLC" IRREVOCABLE OPERATIVE Letter of Credit in the full amount of the contract to Seller's Bank.
Quantity: (2) Million Barrels to (6) Million Barrels
Delivery: We only deal on CIF/TTO/TTT basis in that order of preference
