The buyer has valid Chinese government issued import permits.
3,600,000 MT of (L-0.02-62 GOST 305-82)
2,400,000 MT of (Mazut GOST 105-85-99)
1,200,000 MT of (Mazut GOST 105-85-75)
Above requests on annual contract have included on total 3 LOIs, all fully funded, and ready with full banking info.
If these trial orders could go through successfully, several large orders will be conducted through you continuously.
Now, as per buyer's request, please provide us the following information:
1. Please provide Certification of seller's mandate from Russian or any Refinery Officials.
2. Please provide transaction records for buyer's reference and validation.
3. Buyer will only issue non-transferable LC.
We will send you NCNDA, then all 3 LOIs immediately if you can provide and accept above 3 terms.
