Internal Packaging: plastic bag
External Packaging: carton
Process craft: Selection; cleaning; washing: this stage using vinegar sodium sulfate to disinfect & control the quantity of microorganisms (bacteria), after blanching, then frozen. The purpose of blanching here is to let the oxygen out of the fruits and vegetables to prevent frozen fruits and vegetables from oxidation, discoloration.
