NPCCA-206 is ultrafine, surface coated nano grade CaCO3 with narrow particle size distribution. it 's used as functional filler in sealants&adhesives.
Fields of application:
Silicone sealants, polysulfide sealant, PVC plastisol, polyurethane systems, epoxy resin adhesive, synthetic resin coating.
Benifits:
NPCCA-206 has small particle size (about 0.05 micron) and high BET surface area. This gives rise to a large number of particle capable of interacting and building rheological structure which adds viscosity, yield value, control of slump and sag and ease of application. Moreover, it proves to be a great reduction of material cost.
