PROCEDURE:
1.Seller shall issue Sales & Purchase Agreement with Seller’s Full Banking Coordinates.
2.Buyer and Seller execute, and seal this Agreement with full banking coordinates of both parties, and exchange a facsimile (EDT) copy by FAX or electronic mail. The electronically transmitted copy, signed by both parties shall be considered legally binding and enforceable until hard copy instruments are executed and exchanged.
3.After the execution of the SPA, Buyer places an irrevocable and transferable BANK COMFORT LETTER (BCL) in favour of Seller, upon which seller gives Buyer a POP for the product.
4.Within 5 (five) banking days of receipt of the POP, Buyer’s bank shall issue a non-operative, Revolving, Transferable, Divisible, Irrevocable, Confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) or Bankers Guar
