Double-row cylindrical roller bearings are used in spindles of highly precise machine tools. As a type of free bearing, the separability makes it easy to be mounted and dismounted. Tight fit is applicable to both rings that are divided into NN type and NNU type.
In NN type, the inner ring has three ribs while the outer ring has no ribs, and the rolling body is guided by the integrated ribs on the inner ring.
In NNU type, the outer ring has three ribs while the inner ring has no ribs, and the rolling body is guided by the ribs on the outer ring.
Double-row cylindrical roller bearings have two machined brass solid cages guided by rollers.
A tapered bore with a taper of 1:12 helps achieve the optimal radial clearance.
