Please Remember that BCL can be sent only to Bank of Seller via SWIFT. ICPO can be sent only to end Seller. We not consider FCO from Mediators. If Mandate issued FCO he must to attach Letter of Mandate from end Seller. We are not working with long chain of Mediators. We can sign all protecting member of chain documents but we must organize call conference between Seller and Buyer via computer's program and they will not see phones each other. We need all petroleum products as all kinds Fuel Oil, Crude Oil, D2, J-54 e.t.c. but ONLY REAL RECOURSE. Thank you.
