We have stock 1 No. 10 Ltrs gross capacity Vacuum Mixer Homogenizer suitable for manufacturing Ointment/ Pharmaceutical Cream/ Paste etc. from 3 to 6 Kgs/batch. The unit consists of a hemispherical bottom vessel on wheels, jacketed & insulated with water immersion heater. The agitator assembly consists of a high speed rotor stator type homogenizer & an anchor fitted with teflon scrapers. The agitator assembly lifting is hydraulic. A VFD is used to control the speed of the homogenizer & a control panel is provided for semi-automatic operation. All contact parts are of SS316 & non-contact parts of SS 304.
