I would like to introduce my product which is Smoke Flavour (high concentrate). Smoke flavour mainly use for industry such as seasoning food, soup, sauce, snack, etc for making special barbecue taste and decrease fishy aroma.
My origin smoke flavour is make from selected fresh raw hardwood material from Indonesia, processed with food grade machine, no chemical added, and tight quality management make that product safe to eat, free from cancer and other disease.
Smoke flavour is different with liquid smoke. Liquid smoke mainly used for food that not ready to eat and need further process, like sausage, smoked ham, smoked fish, etc. Liquid smoke shall not added for ready to eat food because there are some liquid smoke issued that not make in food grade process, but they say it is food grade and ready to eat without any other process. Smoke Flavour is safe to added in any ready to eat food and improve their original taste.
