Sometimes encryption is also called VIDEO SCRAMBLER, or VIDEO PRIVACY. The encryption modules are very small,

maybe 50 x 40 x 10mm, and they consist of an ENCODER at the transmitter, and a DECODER at the receiver, to

prevent unauthorised persons spying on the video transmission. If other persons monitor the video signal with

a scanner or receiver (example - 2.4GHz), they only see horozontal lines, no picture.
