Requirement of 300 tons of butter oil in the month of July and august. And possible for rest of the year too depending on the price.
Following are our specifications:

Milkfat 99.8% min.
Moisture 0.1% max.
Free fatty acids 0.3% max.
Copper 0.05 p.p.m. max.
Iron 0.2 p.p.m. max.
Peroxide value 0.2 max
Bacteriological
Coliform absent in 1 g.
Salmonella absent in 25 g.
Physical
Taste & odor clean, bland (temperature 20-25oC)
Neutralizing substances absent
Physical structure
The recommended physical structure should be in the form of a smooth, fine grain structure.
Packing
Steel drums of 190/200/210 kg net each
REQUIREMENT AND SCHEDULE;
Our butter oil requirement will start with 300 tons per month, these requirement will be from the first week of march up to month end of September month. Still if the rates of butter oil are competitive compare to Indian prices we can have good business even during these months.
