VALIDITY OF CONTRACT: 24 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE SELLER HAS SIGNED 4. PRICE: Selling price (Brent), 3 days average of the date of the invoice the day before and the day after minus the following discount: Gross: $7.00 Net: $5.00 5. COMMISSION: $2.00 to be split as follows: Seller’s mandate: $1.00 Buyer's mandate: $1.00 6. PAYMENT After determination of quantity on board of buyer’s vessel, full by swift wire transfer as per the instructions on the payment schedule (which must be endorsed by the seller and buyer) is made of the total value of product within 24 Banking hours. 7. PROCEDURE PROCEDURE OF TRANSSHIPMENT (1) Buyer and Seller sign contract agreement with full Bank co-ordinates.
