First world communites is a group of companies involved in the various arms of civil engineering works. we own huge estates and we are involved with the lagos state government in several development construction projects. we are also involved in the development of infrastructural works for the oil and gas industry. we have built over 2000 houses and we are targeting 10,000 by the year 2015. we are at present building a 600 units which is already sold out. we already with a partnership with some state governments on town development project. we also have on going road construction works. we are into 'As-built design projects ', by that we mean that we at times come up with concepts and sell the idea to governments. once a memorandum of understanding is reached, we then go on to design, plan and build the projects. funding of most of our projects come from a cooperative trust fund which is funded through public funds.
We are regularly Selling: estate developers, road construction, house construction, road design, design architects, civil engineering works, consultancy, town developers, project planners.
We are regularly Buying: road construction equipments, tar boilers, tar sprayers, rollers, water tankers, road surfacing equipments, compactors, motor mechanical shovels, pavers. |
