Financial Asset Model: The financial model for the asset backed bond is designed to pay the interest and principal as outlined in the bond offering. Should the bond project or bond investment or use of the bond funds fail to generate adequate funds, for any reason, to pay the interest or principal, as outlined in the prospectus, the assets backing the bond will have sufficient funds to meet the bond obligations as outlined. The specifics of the model are as follow:
$100,000,000 ten year bond offering
$ 85,000,000 sale price (15% discount)
$ 35,000,000 for project financing
$ 50,000,000 for escrowed assets to back the bond.
