The objects for which Company was established are:
to carry on the business of merchants, sellers, representatives, sales promoters and generally any similar business in connection with oil products or goods;
to carry on the business of an investment holding Company and for that purpose to acquire and to hold as an investment, immovable property, shares, stock, debentures, debenture stock, bonds, notes, obligations and securities issued or not or guaranteed or not by any Government or public body or public authority in any part of the world and to exercise and enforce all rights and powers conferred by or incidental to the ownership of any such immovable property and any such financial instruments;
to carry on the business of ships/barges owners, managers, forwarding agents or contractors for freight lifting of oil products and goods in the European Union countries;
to search for, prospect, examine and explore mines and grounds supposed to contain oil, metals or minerals.
